Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Lipemol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastric ulcer haemorrhage, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Lipemol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, TROMALYT, OMEPRAZOLE, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, EZETROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
