After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: asthenia, dizziness, fall, headache, loss of consciousness, stomach discomfort, syncope, vertigo. METHOCARBAMOL dosage: 750 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CLONIDINE, FOLIC ACID, OMEPRAZOLE, RISPERIDINE, FLUOXETINE, ATENOLOL, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
