Female patient, 32 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Ondansetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block second degree. Ondansetron dosage: 2MG ONCE IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.
