After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, fluid overload, neutrophil count decreased, platelet count decreased. Parcopa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFTRIAXONE, VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
