Pharmacist from UNITED STATES reported Pfizerpen side effect on June 12, 2007. Male patient, weighting 328.5 lb, was diagnosed with abscess limb, cellulitis (What is cellulitis?) and was treated with Pfizerpen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: swollen tongue. Pfizerpen dosage: 3 MILLION UNITS EVERY FOUR HOURS IV BOLUS.
