Pharmacist from UNITED STATES reported Pfizerpen side effect on June 12, 2007. Male patient, weighting 328.5 lb, was diagnosed with abscess limb, cellulitis
and was treated with Pfizerpen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: swollen tongue. Pfizerpen dosage: 3 MILLION UNITS EVERY FOUR HOURS IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, RELAFEN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LISINOPRIL, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

, overdose. Pfizerpen dosage: 3 MILLOIN UNITS (ONCE), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, MEPERIDINE, DEXAMETHASONE, ZOFRAN, VERSED, DEMEROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
