Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with bladder discomfort, cystocele, dysuria and was treated with Phenazopyridine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , accidental overdose, diarrhoea, diverticulum intestinal, gastritis erosive, hyponatraemia, jaundice , myocardial infarction, nephrosclerosis. Phenazopyridine dosage: 500 MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, ATROPINE, ETHACRYNIC ACID, DIGITALIS, OXYGEN, DIPHENOXYLATE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 01/01/1967.
