Physician from UNITED STATES reported PHENAZOPYRIDINE problem on Jan 05, 2007. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with bladder discomfort, cystocele, dysuria and was treated with PHENAZOPYRIDINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal pain, accidental overdose, diarrhoea, diverticulum intestinal, gastritis erosive, hyponatraemia, jaundice, myocardial infarction, nephrosclerosis. PHENAZOPYRIDINE dosage: 500 MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, ATROPINE, ETHACRYNIC ACID, DIGITALIS, OXYGEN, DIPHENOXYLATE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 01/01/1967.
