Female patient, 20 years of age, weighting 85.98 lb, was diagnosed with neurogenic bladder and was treated with Phenoxybenzamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metastases to lung, multi-organ failure, oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma metastatic. Phenoxybenzamine dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Phenoxybenzamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 20, 2006. Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, phaeochromocytoma and was treated with Phenoxybenzamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , orthostatic hypotension. Phenoxybenzamine dosage: 10 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with phaeochromocytoma and was treated with Phenoxybenzamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , unresponsive to stimuli. Phenoxybenzamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LABETALOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac arrest , no therapeutic response, productive cough, pyrexia. Phenoxybenzamine dosage: 10 MG-30 MG/DAY, ORAL, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LABETALOL, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, FELODIPINE, PSEUDOEPHEDRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary retention and was treated with Phenoxybenzamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: azotaemia, bladder cancer , chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, dizziness , dysplasia, hydronephrosis. Phenoxybenzamine dosage: 10 MG MOR. 20 MG NT. ORAL. Patient died.
