After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, electromechanical dissociation, grand mal convulsion, haemodialysis, hypotension, hypoxia, nephritis interstitial, stevens-johnson syndrome. Phenytek dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/19/2006.
