Male patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with extrapyramidal disorder, schizophrenia, affective disorder and was treated with Procyclidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal tenderness, alanine aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood pressure increased, breath sounds abnormal, c-reactive protein increased, constipation
. Procyclidine dosage: 5MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLOZARIL, OLANZAPINE, LITHIUM CARBONATE, LITHIUM CARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
