Male patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with anxiety , attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Provigil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, acute prerenal failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, agitation, blood fibrinogen increased, bradycardia, capillary leak syndrome, cardiac murmur, coagulopathy. Provigil dosage: 100 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with XYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized.

During the same period patient was treated with NORCO.
