Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported RHEUMATREX problem on Feb 05, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica and was treated with RHEUMATREX. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: asthenia, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle atrophy, neoplasm. RHEUMATREX dosage: 17.5MG - 1XW - ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, CALCIUM, FOSAMAX, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: choking, condition aggravated, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemorrhage subcutaneous, listless, melaena, mental status changes, multi-organ failure, myelodysplastic syndrome. RHEUMATREX dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTOTEC, ARTANE, PREDNISOLONE, RISPERDAL, LIVALO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/04/2007.
