After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, agranulocytosis, cardiogenic shock, delirium, infection
, myocardial infarction, neutropenia. Salofalk dosage: 500 MG 2 TABLETS QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, SALOFALK ENEMA, RISPERDAL, SYNTROID, CORTENEMA, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, DESYREL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized.
