Male patient, 13 years of age, was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and was treated with Sandimmune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood antidiuretic hormone increased, blood corticotrophin increased, convulsion, cyclic vomiting syndrome, nephropathy toxic. Sandimmune dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
