Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, disorganised type and was treated with Solian. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety
, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, confusional state, extrapyramidal disorder, haemodynamic instability, hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Solian dosage: 200 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NOZINAN, REMERON, HALOPERIDOL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CLOTIAPINE, LEPONEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
