Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with fluid overload, mineral supplementation, hypertension and was treated with Spironolactone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperkalaemia, renal failure acute. Spironolactone dosage: 25 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FOSINOPRIL, ALENDRONATE, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN, VITAMIN D, ISOSORBIDE, OSCAL. Patient was hospitalized.
