Streptomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, LEVOFLOXACIN, RIFAMPICIN, ETHAMBUTOL, PYRAZINAMIDE, CEFCAPENE PIVOXIL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized.
