Sulindac dosage: 150 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, VENFLAFAXINE, NPH INSULIN, LOPERAMIDE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, SIMVASTATIN, TESTOSTERONE, FLUDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized.
