After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: injection site abscess sterile. TESTOSTERONE dosage: 300MG Q3 WEEKS IM. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE, OMEGA, ZOLOFT, TERAZOSIN, LEVITRA, LOPID. Patient recovered.
