Health Professional from UNITED STATES reported TETRACYCLINE problem on Aug 16, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal ulcer and was treated with TETRACYCLINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiac failure congestive, erythema, faeces discoloured, respiratory tract congestion. TETRACYCLINE dosage: 500 MG FOUR TIMES A DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FLAGYL, PRILOSEC, BENACAR HCT, SYNTHROID, LUCENTIS. Patient recovered.
TETRACYCLINE problem was reported by a Physician from TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA on June 25, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia and was treated with TETRACYCLINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: blood pressure increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, convulsion, heart rate increased, hyperthermia malignant, leukocytosis, metabolic acidosis, rhabdomyolysis. TETRACYCLINE dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
