Physician from reported Tetrazepam side effect on Aug 16, 2004. Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis, temporal lobe epilepsy, hypothyroidism, neuroborreliosis and was treated with Tetrazepam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aplastic anaemia, febrile neutropenia, infection
, pancytopenia, septic shock, shock haemorrhagic. Tetrazepam dosage: 25 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOZOL, OXCARBAZEPINE, LEVETIRACETAM, LEVOTHYROXINE, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/28/2004.
