Consumer or non-health professional from reported UNIPHYL problem on June 06, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with dyspnoea, seasonal allergy and was treated with UNIPHYL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: dyspnoea. UNIPHYL dosage: 400 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FORADIL, SALBUTAMOL W, SINGULAIR, AZMACORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
UNIPHYL problem was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 03, 2006. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 116.8 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, urinary tract infection and was treated with UNIPHYL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal pain, acidosis, arrhythmia, convulsion, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, haemodialysis. UNIPHYL dosage: 400 MG BID PO [YEARS]. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, THEOPHYLLINE, SINGULAIR, PEPCID AC, ALPHAGAN, ISOMETH, LISINOPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LIPITOR. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 36 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with asthma and was treated with UNIPHYL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: asthenia, chest pain, dysstasia, loss of consciousness, malaise, musculoskeletal disorder, tremor. UNIPHYL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCATEROL. Patient recovered.
