Male patient, child 9 years of age, weighting 53.00 lb, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and was treated with Vancomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea. Vancomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, LAMICTAL, XEPONEX, MELATONIN, BACLOFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/10/2007.

Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with clostridium difficile colitis and was treated with Vancomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema. Vancomycin dosage: 125MG QID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
