Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported WARIFN problem on June 19, 2007. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 139.0 lb, was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis and was treated with WARIFN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: lip swelling, swollen tongue, urticaria. WARIFN dosage: 7.5 MG 4X/WEEK PO; 10 MG 3X/WEEK PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
