Physician from JAPAN reported ZYLORIC problem on Aug 21, 2006. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with gout, cerebral infarction, hypertension and was treated with ZYLORIC. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cheilitis, conjunctival oedema, cytomegalovirus antibody positive, epstein-barr virus antibody positive, erythema, erythema of eyelid, herpes simplex serology negative, lip blister, liver disorder. ZYLORIC dosage: 100MG THREE TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, CIMETIDINE, BAYASPIRIN, BLOPRESS, TRIPAMIDE, TAGAMET, VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
