Metoprolol Chest Pain Reviews

Sun, 16 May 2010
I have very occasional Afib (3 -4 times a year) and my MD put me on Metoprolol. Three days later I had what I thought were Chest Pains and was admitted to the hospital for the entire battery of cardiac test. After 3 days I was told there was nothing wrong with my heart, circulation, lungs and I had normal blood pressure and border line cholesterol. But they told me to keep taking the damn Metoprolol!!! I have felt weak, depressed and anxious ever since I left the hospital. I'm not strong enough to do my daily hour gymy workout and cardio and my acid reflux has dramatically worsened. I have decided to stop taking this drug....the side effect are driving me crazy!
