This case suggests a potential Miralax Off Label Use side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A female patient from US (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): constipation and used Miralax (dosage: 1 Capful Qd) starting 201311. Soon after starting Miralax the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Faeces Soft
  • Abnormal Faeces
  • Muscle Spasms
  • Off Label Use
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Citrucel (calcium Carbonate (+) Cholecalciferol (+) Methylcellulose)
  • Although Miralax demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Off Label Use, may still occur.

The following health products were being taken at the same time: NA. When commencing Miralax, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
