First, please notice the question. I don't want to know laws about controlled-substances and narcotic medications. Also, I understand the risks involved with purchasing pills online without prescriptions. I am wanting to know what the law states in regards to buying medicine online that I typically need a prescription for, but isn't narcotic/controlled substance. I have researched this and, of course, I know the risks of not getting what I pay for, providing financial information to unreliable sources, etc. I am just curious to know that if I have a severe disorder, no health insurance, and no method of obtaining a refill of my medication (gabapentin 600mg). OK, I'll try to make this short. Won't work, though. In Jan 2011 I had surgery on my lower back for sciatica symptoms in my left leg. The symptoms left immediately. I met the surgeon beforehand and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I trusted her completely with a scalpel only millimeters from my spinal cord. My followup visits with her went well. About a month ago I fell on the ice in my driveway, right on my ass. I felt ok at first, then I had pain in my lower back, the same that I had before my surgery in late 2011. I new psychiatrist who had prescribed me klonopin for severe anxiety that i have been dealing with for years. During my visit today he said if my blood pressure and pulse rate was low he could start me on adhd medications (amphetamines). For both these disorders he did a proper diagnosis and things were improving a lot after the anxiety medicine. However i had a meltdown one day, and the hospital sent me to a "psych ward" (they keep you in their for 3-20 days to get "stabalized". I am only 21 but have gone their 3 times in different states and times in my life and i always feel like i'm going more crazy in their. Needless to say i was shocked that the psychiatrist whose patient i was in the psych unit took off my klonopin, and specifically wrote no benzos or opiates/amphetamines (never been prescribed any in my life or abuse history). I have had a persistent headache for three days now, I wake up in the morning from a really bad headache and it's SO PAINFUL, it usually goes throughout the day then comes back at night and in the morning, waking me up. Hello, I workout moderately, with a special focus on the lower part (walking, running, weight lifting). Three years ago, I started feeling numbness in my left leg, in particular between the hip and the knee. Every now and then I would feel sharp pain in my muscle ( I think the iliotibial tract). Every one thought it was caused by a pinched nerve, and I started doing some exercises for that purpose. It helped a bit, but the numbness and the pain kept coming back. Yesterday I was doing some grocery shopping when i felt sharp pain, like being stabbed by a knife in the muscle and I couldn't keep my balance. Within a minute the pain was gone. Now when I press the muscle with a pencil or my finger I feel the pain again. I have no bruises or internal bleeding, and there's no swelling in the area so i dont think that it is a pulled muscle. Hi, I am a young 21 year old male with a question, i'll try to keep it short and break down the paragraphs so they are easier to read for you guys. Long story short, i have had depression and anxiety since a young teen due to many different reasons. I realized after recreationally experimenting how benzos (klonopin, xanax, ativan,) seemed to help a lot with my anxiety symptoms. About a year and a half ago, I started having sharp stabbing nerve pain in my fourth toe on my left foot. Before that it was just a dull pain in the general smaller toe area. I am a veteran I have PTSD that causes insomnia major depressive disorder panic attacks. I cannot take anti depressants SSRI's cause severe hallucinations rapid heart beat. SNRI cause me to become manic worsen my depression and cause SI suicidal ideation. I was place on gabapentin which caused me to have severe mood swings. Clonozepam which vegetated me until I became completely tolerant to the point it had little to effect and severely worsened my anxiety and panic attacks. Here is a little background. In bootcamp back in August I got diagnosed with a stress fracture in my tibia for a bone scan. Then I got one in my left foot in October. Also while on Active duty i got tested with a blood test for arthritis related everything came back negative. I came home after training and had an MRI and CT scan everything looked normal no evidence of stress fracture in my knee. My knees still hurt a lot. I was told i have quadricep tendonosis and did physical therapy didn't help. I have custom made inserts for my feet i think those help a little since i have a mild flat feet. Basically another employee would constantly put me down and treat me bad. I approached my boss about it and he acted like he did not know what I was talking about (although he knows how she has attitude problems). I have a scoliosis plus a herniated disk between 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae. This has caused some leg pain but has been relieved with Gabapentin. It's a long standing condition, but manageable, and I have suddenly started suffering hip pain. I have some arthritis in my hands but nowhere else ( I am 66). It just occurred to me that I was on NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) when I had a blood test to check for increased inflammatory markers. The doctor never told me to not take them, so I didn't even think about it. I was getting the test as one in a long line of tests to try and determine if I had fibromyalgia or not. The doctor said that there weren't signs of increased inflammatory markers, so he then suddenly said I didn't have fibromyalgia and I never saw him again... He just kind of left it at that. I have seen doctors, and a few psychiatrists before in the past and NONE have ever asked me for medical records.
