I have always been bipolar and ocd for as long as I can remember, but I just thought that was "me". I always obsessed and I was always full of energy and manic. It's amazing that I've been able to cope this long. But now that I'm aware that these are there, I'm really having trouble dealing with it. For example, my racing throughts are now so much more obvious to me and my obsessions seem so clear now. Before everything just muddled together but the mania made me feel better about the ocd. T

i absolutely hate myself now.. the meds turned me uglier, dumber, unhealthy, and a social retard. i have to think hard every time i have a conversation with someone. i quit college. i used to love working out but i dont even have the strength to do it again.. I once loved my looks, intelligence, health, and social skills. all gone for good now.. i tell myself every day that im going to die alone now because of this... i went from being the best kid out of the family to now the worst.. i didnt

I look worse.. my hair grows differently and i am emotionally unresponsive... I have trouble thinking.. my personality and social skills have sunken to the ground.. and i once had a heavy spiritual blue aura that casted around myself that is now missing.. the only thing that has changed into my life is that i am taking medications now.. do i have to suffer like this for the rest of my life? are there medications that can help me? or did my soul get captured by demons and i am left as a zombie?

My Psychiatrist recently yelled at me when I complained that the side effects of Geodon (Ziprasidone) was too severe and that I'd rather go back to Seroquel if any antipsychotic, see - I developed hypomania once and my condition can be controlled with Epilim and Lamictin. I am a dentist so I'm young, but not stupid. She pushed her prescription pad towords me and yelled "Well, you write the script the as YOUR a doctor!". I have been recently prescribed Geodon for my BPD. I am also on Zoloft and Lamictal. I took Zyprexa and Risprediol in the past but I"ve stopped since they caused me to gain a lot of wieght. My doc prescribed Geodon since it is not likely to cause weight gain. The problem is that I could not find anywhere that Geodon is used for the treatment of BPD? So I am wondering will it help me at all? I don't like being sleepy all the time and my legs hurt on it. I started taking it 20 mg every other day

I just started taking it for my bipolar and it has been the worst weekend ever! While I've been so tired and dizzy I can barely walk, I'm so restless at the same time that I can't even sit still for more than a few minutes. It's the worst feeling ever. I could hardly sleep last night and I'm just wondering if anyone knows when this will stop. I'm on 40mg twice daily, but I'm thinking of just taking both tablets at night because I don't see how I will be able to concentrate at school like this.

okay ive been seeing things on and off, i hear voices sometimes when im alone and i uesd to think i was possesed or somthing, then i took some pills the dr. gave me called ziprasidone and i took it and i felt sick. and then i went up to three pills (it went higher) then i felt really sick then i stop taking it for 2 days and i felt better, slowly i begin to feel the hillicinations and voices, and i somtimes feel that theres like some sort of ghost or demon thing trying to get me whats wrong

I suffer from Bi-Polar symptoms and my therapist has recomended that I take a pill called GEODON. I do not know if I should start to take it. Well here's a question. I can't seem to find what is all in geodon. I found is has ziprasidone in it but I'm not sure what else. I'm having breathing difficulties with it (only med I'm taking and it started with geodon) But it isn't a sideeffect.. am I just weird. No medication EVER works for me. I haven't been on it for very long, it worked GREAT for awhile, but I dropped hard and FAST when it stopped working. Is anything else like it? I've tried most antidepressent, psycotics and bi-polar me
