Open Question: Do I possibly have Borderline Personality Disorder on top of my Bipolar, OCD, and ADD?

I am 16 years old, and have been diagnosed with OCD, Bipolar type 2, and ADD (coupled with the nice anxiety attacks). I have looked at criteria for all of these conditions, but none of them seemed to completely fit me. That was until I stumbled upon Borderline Personality Disorder. I seem to fit it perfectly (though my self-harm is very minor). I'm taking lithium, adderall, and zyprexa. Since I started these medications, when I smoke, I have to vomit. Does anyone know if this is a side effect of one of my medications?

I am at home with my family and I a have major depression associated with Bipolar disorder. I am wondering... does anyone else have an intense feeling of homesickness even though you are home? Like feeling you need to be somewhere but you don't know where. It's so strange and painful and I cry a lot for no apparent reason. My stupid psychiatrist will not listen to me when I tell him I don't want to take anti-psychotics. There's too much risk with those medicines, especially because I know 3

To keep a long story short, I have bipolar disorder. I'm stuck in limbo and have been for a while now. I can't seem to get out of this rut and yet I'm not in a depressed state yet. help. Can I continue to refill my last two months of meds from my old psychiatrist without making my new one mad? I'm on a strong cocktail of 40 mg. a day of valium. I haven't hit the point of diabetes yet, but I know there are some medications that are labeled to cause hyperglycemia and/or diabetes. I've been on several over the past 2 years (Zyprexa, Seroquel, Risperdal, Geodon, Abilify)(Currently on Invega). Are there any people out there that takes a medication that is associated with this increased risk, if you have diabetes, and if so how do you manage it? I don't want to go off of Invega because it helps my visual hallucinations I get as part of

Hi there; I have a 17 (almost 18) year old son with Aspergers & PDD (Pervasive Developemental Disorder). He was started on a low dose of regular Syroquel(sp?) some months ago, (in addition to his Divalproex), but was still having a hard time with his foul moods, after a while. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder 3 1/2 years ago when I was 17 (I'll be 21 in April) and over that time I've had my meds switched every which way possible. My mornings consist of taking a once daily lactaid, a Centrum multivitamin, claririn d 24 hr, nasacort aq, 100mg of topamax, and 5 mg of lexapro. My son has been experiencing panic disorder for 5 months now. He had to quit his job and is trying to graduate from college. He is seeing a psychologist every week. His psychiatrist had him on Paxil, then switched to Lexapro because of the side effects. She went into the hospital just over seven weeks ago and developed NMS after being administered Haldol. they waited 17 days after the symptoms subsided (it took 10 day's for the symptoms to subside) then started zyprexa, first at a small dose working their way up to a full dose in one week she has now been on zyprexa and lithum for 23 days (16 on full dosage). and is still showing full signs of paranoia and is constantly scared and confused. any help would be appriciated thanks for the answe

I have a bottle of zyprexa. it expired this month. should i keep taking it? i know i'm going to get a bunch of "NO expired medicine is safe!" but i want to know if it has become a deadly toxin or just weakened. some medicines just become weaker, and therefore are not dangerous, just not as effective. anybody have any experience in this? I'm a 23 year old male being treated for depression, paranoia, and insomnia. I was initially on Lexapro, but after 2 weeks of usage, it did absolutely nothing! Although, I was taking Seroquel, and it definetely cured the insomnia. The paranoia persisted. It's horrible. My doctor just prescribed me to Zyprexa for my depression/anxiety to take along with Pristiq. He had mentioned that it would make me gain weight, and since I was once anorexic and am constantly worried about my weight I told him I obviously did not want to take the chance. He put me on a very low dose and said to alternate taking 5mg one night and 10mg the next and that I wouldn't gain weight. About 6 weeks ago I was weaned off effexor-xr as it wasn't the medication for me. I had a hell time coming off it and never ever want to go through those horrible 2-3 weeks ago. I was also taking zyprexa at the time (1.25mg) and went off that cold turkey. I had no side effects doing this. My dr then put me on luvox (which I took when I suffered PND 4 ½ years ago - and it worked a treat) however this time I have had no experienced no positive change with taking it. I have recently been diagnosed as a most likely having paranoid schizophrenia. (I have some sort of psychotic illness with delusions and hallucinations, lasting longer than six months, without having a predominant mood disorder).
