Percocet Chest Pain Reviews

Tue, 18 Jan 2011
Chest pain can actually be a serious side effect. I started having this recently as well. I have been taking percs for only about 2 months. Although you could be showing signs of withdrawal by the time you lay down at night, you should check with your doc just to be sure. Ale sure not to go over the 4000mg daily dose because of the APAP (acudemidephin) try asking if you can switch to a non APAP Script. Good luck

can Percocet cause Chest Pain or tightness in the heart area
Sat, 01 May 2010
I do experience Chest Pain, which is a little frightening although I'm fairly sure I have a healthy heart. These always occur when I am resting or trying to get to sleep. They do not keep me awake physically, but the worry keeps me up longer until I just doze off. ALSO: Marked stiffness in my fingers and wrists in the morning -- almost as of if I had been clenching my fists all night long (this is a possibility, I guess). The stiffness goes away entirely once I shower and start moving around. So in conclusion: My body does not seem to like Percocet when I am idle. When I am active, I notice no side-effects. Very odd, in my opinion. But they do work well for back pain.

Iam a 35 year old female. I have been taking Percocet for10 months now due to a back injury. Up until a few weeks ago i didnt have any side effects. Now Im having Chest Pain. Its not during the day only at night when i lay down to go to sleep. It scares me like crazy. I just cant understand why it only hurts when Iam laying down to go to sleep. Everytime i go to dose off the pain its me pretty hard, it takes my breath away from time to time. I would really like to know why this happens and should i be worried.
