  • Get enough fluids, to avoid dehydration. If you are having trouble keeping liquids down, drink small amounts of clear liquids often.
  • Eat bland foods; stay away from spicy, fatty, or salty foods
  • Eat smaller meals more often
  • Avoid strong smells, since they can sometimes trigger nausea and Vomiting
  • If you are pregnant and have morning sickness, eat crackers before you get out of bed in the morning

my husband has been on Pradaxa for a month he cannot eat has lost 26 lbs gets chills and then feels hot, Vomiting.

Have only been on Pradaxa for a few weeks -- felt terrible at first, ended up having projectile Vomiting from 11:00 until 6:00 but doctor says I was poisoned at restaurant even though my husband and I ordered the same meal; now back on it but my throat is like a sour throat -- I am afraid to take one at night and have only been taking one in morning. Thought it might be a cold, but do not think so.
