A 65-year-old female patient from US (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): post laminectomy syndrome,pain and used Prialt (dosage: Ug, Qh, Intrathecal) starting Jul 25, 2013. Soon after starting Prialt the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Hallucination
  • Nephrolithiasis
  • Mania
  • Somnolence
  • Irritability
  • Decreased Appetite
  • Confusional State
Drugs used concurrently:NA. Although Prialt demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Confusional State, may still occur.

Associated medications used:
  • Fentanyl
  • Clonidine

    • Dizziness

Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Hallucination
    • Nephrolithiasis
    • Mania
    • Somnolence
    • Irritability
    • Decreased Appetite
    • Confusional State
    This opens a possibility that Prialt could cause Hallucination and that some female subjects may be more susceptible.
