Reclast Headache Causes and Reviews

Almost everyone has had a Headache. Headache is the most common form of pain. It's a major reason people miss days at work or school or visit the doctor.

The most common type of Headache is a tension Headache. Tension Headaches are due to tight muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp and jaw. They are often related to stress, depression or anxiety. You are more likely to get tension Headaches if you work too much, don't get enough sleep, miss meals, or use alcohol.

Other common types of Headaches include migraines, cluster Headaches, and sinus Headaches. Most people can feel much better by making lifestyle changes, learning ways to relax and taking pain relievers.

Not all Headaches require a doctor's attention. But sometimes Headaches warn of a more serious disorder. Let your health care provider know if you have sudden, severe Headaches. Get medical help right away if you have a Headache after a blow to your head, or if you have a Headache along with a stiff neck, fever, confusion, loss of consciousness, or pain in the eye or ear.

Reclast Headache Reviews

Sun, 09 Nov 2008
I had my RECLAST on THURSDAY, NOV, 6th at 1:30 in the afternoon. I started out with a slight Headache, 8;30 p.m.I had the worst chills I have ever experienced in my life..I am 71 yrs old.My family ended up putting 8 blanketson me. I don't know if it was all the covers on me or my 103+ temperature, I finally started to get warm. I had such a severe Headache, amp;amp; my bones felt like someone was breaking them, all over my body. My family put 4 different calls into the dr. only to be told this is normal. I would love to know if any dr. or nurse ever had this injection. I THINK NOT. WE ARE THIER GUINI PIGS. You have heard the saying the cemetaries are full of drs. mistakes. It is Sunday the 9th,amp;amp; I still feel awful. I will pray for all of you that you will get better. I know one thing they better never ask me to get another shot. My bones hurt terrible.
Tue, 21 Apr 2009
I took Reclast five days ago, and I feel terrible. My back hurts; my neck hurts; I am having terrible Headaches. I have just been going home and going to bed and I can't hardly get out of bed. I will not take it again.
Sun, 19 Jul 2009
I had Reclast on July 15 2009. I was told by RN doing the IV infusion, that if I had side effects it would happen in about 3 days, it took 8 hours. I had severe flu like symptons the first 24 hours, I have had continuous Headaches bone pain all over, every joint, fingers, toes, ribs and my hair is coming out. I am calling my dr. tomorrow as I doubt I will take it again. Good luck.
Wed, 29 Jul 2009
All the posts about side effects from Reclast almost made me cancel my appointment. However, I had none at all--not even a twinge of a Headache or muscle ache. I guess the the folks with side effects are complaining--so the poll is probably not accurate at all!
Mon, 04 Oct 2010
Joint pain, unable to walk without limping, cold but sweating, fever, hand curled like the letter c, extreme tiredness, bad Headache, stiff and sore neck. Blood pressure dropped to 78/45, blood calcium also dropped.
Mon, 04 Jan 2010
Since having the Reclast infusion on the 9th of November, I have been weak, pain in my chest, dizziness, a low-grade fever, and Headaches. I first experienced the flu-like symptoms and bone pain, but that was mild compared to the way I have felt since then! Why oh why did I let my doctor talk me into this?! Thank you.
Sun, 24 Jan 2010
I HAD A RECLAST INFUSION ON JAN 22, 2010; I HAD THE FOLLOW SIDE EFFECTS: HEADACHE, SEVERE BONE PAIN AND WAS IN BED ALL DAY; TODAY I AM STILL TIRED AND THE PAIN IN MY BONES HAVE LESSENED; BUT I AM EXPERIENCING SEVERE PAIN IN WHAT I BELIEVE IS MY RIGHT KIDNEY. I WILL GOT TO THE HOSPITAL AND HAVE TO CHECKED TODAY.
Sun, 02 May 2010
I took a one time dose of Reclast and ended up in the hospital for two weeks with renal failure and came home with kidney stones--8. I also now have daily Headaches and severe bone pain in places I never had pain before--hips severe, shoulders, arms, toes, fingers. I have had back and neck pain before but it is much worse than before. I am taking much more pain medicine than before taking the Reclast.
Tue, 04 May 2010
I took my first dose of Reclast in March. Within 12 hours, I experienced flu-like symptoms --- chills, severe Headache, high temperature, and body aches. I had the symptoms for approximately 72 hours but they decreased in gradually over that 72 hour period. I had been on Boniva for approximately one year and couldn't take it because of the GI effects. I will continue to use Reclast once yearly because I believe the side effects are mild compared to the good that result from using it.
Mon, 10 May 2010
I took my iv of Reclast. After 24 hours the train drop on me. High fever, sweating, chills, muscle cramps, pain but pain....in all my bones, Headaches, nausea, and very hard time walking. After severe dosis of vicodin I overcome the fever but my stomach was very sensitive. Call the doctor and they told it was a "normal side effect" gee I wish somebody tell me that. After that, the pain continue (excrutiating pain) in my right leg, I walk like an old lady, sweating, diarrea and if I dont take tylenol I can not go to work. Energy went running out of my body; I was very hyper now you don't recognize me: am weak, tired with no energy just for a couple of hours and then I just dream to be home and collapsed. For a person who went to the doctor with full histamine is scaring to see these changes. I am afraid to think about what else can come to me. Am trying to force myself to be like before and I am scare. Aura Collins//Austin, Tx 05/07/2010
