I am one week into Androcur for prostrate cancer. Suddenly my urine flow has ceased and I have to self-catheter. The blockage seems at the tip of my penis. Is Androcur responsible?

hi i have just started taking Androcur 10mg sugestedby my doctor due to extensive hair loss. however i am now experiencing a burning sensation while intercourse. Is it due to the tablet?
