Has anyone experienced an increase in their triglyceride level after being in IV Boniva?

i just started synthyriod after thyroid removed due to cancer. i also take Boniva. Both are to be taken 1st thing on an empty stomach/ lots of water.
If I take them, which should i take 1st? should i switch to boniva injections?

Should I take Boniva if I have gum disease? My doctor ordered a 3month supply, but I had terrible side effects, so I afraid to take the other 2 month supply.
