My father has been taking eltroxin for more than three years now, and he is contantly complaining of muscele pain, confusion, loss of memory,and fatigue is this normal?

what is the side effect of eltoxin in long time use.
cosumed 150mg per day.
others taken medicin is natrilix sr, Lipicar 10, losacar 50 x 2, shellcal 500, aspirin
