Female patient reported the following Champix side effects :
fatigue, vivid dreams, paranoia, mood swings and even violenct / irrational behaviour, nausea chest pain

Been on champix a few times and had no side effects other than nausea/vivid dreams but i started back on them four days ago , had a drink with my husband last night and I went totally psychotic, attacked my husband and was paranoid the family were talking about me all night. The pills are now in the bin and I would NEVER recommend people take them again.
