Chantix report #SELF-188


Female patient reported the following Chantix side effect(s):I very rarely get sick about 3 days after i began taking chantix my lungs started burning so bad they are burning now. My chest feels really tight and i have been coughing up small amounts of blood...no phleghm, blood.I have also been experiencing extreme fatigue.

Dosage: .5 mg
Frequency: twice a day now.
Age: 25
Weight: 113
Other medications: Triliptil, Klonopin
Diagnosis: To stop smoking
Pre-existing conditions: Just smoking...also i have been on triliptil and klonopin for a while i really do not feel as if this is actual sickness or related to the klonopin or triliptil.I really feel that this is related to the chantix.The good thing is that my lungs burn to bad to smoke. I have smoked when i had pnemonia but this hurts worse. I guess thats one way to quit!
