Male patient reported the following Avodart side effect(s):Pain in neck glands. Pain in neck muscles. Pain radiating upward from salivary gland to ear. Dizziness.
Persistent pain in right neck at front or at the side. Pain subsided when Avodart stopped for 3 or 4 days.
