Zantac 75 mg. report #SELF-1947
Female patient reported the following Zantac 75 mg. side effect(s):Severe headache, unrelieved by meds. Severe stomach pain and nausea. Severe muscle constriction and pain in neck, shoulders, and throat. These symptoms appeared after taking Zantac for 3 days (150mg twice per day). 2 weeks later I figured Zantac must be causing symptoms. Went off and symptoms were gone within 2 days.
