Female patient reported the following Sorbitol-coated subliingual vitamin B12 tablets. side effect(s):Severe continuous diarrhea,severe cramping with movements,dizziness,nausea,lethargy.I used the product for months until I realized it was causiing the problems.

I had such severe diarrhea that I could no longer leave my home even to retrieve mail from my mailbox. I was so dizzy that I had to hold on to walls towalk or just could not get up at all.

Dosage: 2000mg. subliingual
Frequency: one daily in the morning.
Age: 60
Weight: 170
Other medications: none. just other vitamins,none of which contained any sorbitol.
Diagnosis: as a supplement to diet.
