Female patient reported the following Olmetec (Olmesartan) 20mg daily. side effect(s):Photosensitive - visual migraines. Severe Palpitations- unable to do anything except lie down. Central chest pain like bruising to inner chest wall. Feeling faint.
Increasing intensity of palpitations over past week. Have been taking Olmetec for a month now - no initial symptoms but now unable to work. Going to doctor tomorrow.
