Female patient reported the following Sudafed side effect(s):I noticed heart palpitations but didn\'t relate it to the sudafed straight away. However just took another dose (8 hours later) and immediately I have heart palpitations, it feels as though my heart is in my mouth. The only other medication I am on is Thyroxine for an underactive thyroid gland.
