Male patient reported the following Seroquel XR 300 mg side effect(s):hypertension, increased heart rate, headaches, daily spontaneous nosebleeds, nocturnal seizures, weight gain, need for excessive sleep (15 - 16 hours/day), lethargy, apathy, difficulty waking up, carb cravings, sugar cravings, munchies 1 - 2 hours after taking med.

***Seroquel CAN cause hypertension! Nosebleeds were so bad i bled out of my eyes!
