Zicam report #SELF-2651
Female patient reported the following Zicam side effect(s):Hives on face, neck, arms and upper back. Constant head ache, with neck pain.
Used this product, as directed, four times in a 36 hour period. Had used the product last, about 6 hours prior to sx. first started to appear.

Dosage: 4 sprays in mouth,
Frequency: repeat every 4 hours until sx. are gone
Age: 47
Weight: 150
Other medications: Tylenol 650 mg. twice used during use of Zicam.
Diagnosis: Cold sx.
