Mirena IUD report #SELF-2713
Female patient reported the following Mirena IUD side effect(s):I have been tired all the time with severe cramping for about 2 weeks out of the month and severe hair loss I mean clumps of hair that clog the drain after showers I called my ObGyn asked about these symptoms they thought if was from post pregnancy hormones because I had a baby in August of 2008 even thought it was my 4th child and had none of these symptoms before I just believed them. Now after reading all of this it is this mirena IUD I have, I called to have it removed it is going to cost me 150.00 because now we have no health insurance but I am pretty sure that is cheaper than therapy and hair transplants. thank you for sharing
