Female patient reported the following Kenalog 40 mg shot side effect(s):Lack of focus, extreme dizziness when I get up or lay down to the point where I couldn\'t drive sometimes, nausea, anxiousness and tingling in my legs. Shouder pain first couple of days after shot.
