Clarithromycin Side Effects Report #SELF-2951

Female patient reported the following Clarithromycin side effect(s):Extreme paranoia, confused state, anxiety, feelings of impending doom, tightness in throat.

Horrible feelings of extreme paranoia, tightness in throat, anxiety, symptoms are like a severe panic attack of some sort. Triggered migraine headaches. Seems to have some horrible ineraction with Ritalin. FDA needs to look into this!!!

Other medications: Ritalin LA 40 mg for Narcolepsy. Nexium 40 mg.
Diagnosis: Upper respiratory infection and sinus infection after sinus surgery.
