Female patient reported the following Fosamax side effect(s):Difficulty rising from sitting position, bilateral knee pain when walking up or down stairs.

After being on medication for about 4 1/2 years, suddenly developed severe musculoskeletal pain. Pain in knees when walking up, down stairs. Difficulty rising from sitting position.
