Male patient reported the following Rocuronium side effect(s):Laryngospasm, unable to ventilate, hypoxia, redness

After giving rocuronium, patient became very red. Unable to ventilate with a mask. Laryngoscopy revealed severe laryngospasm. Able to be intubated after forceful introduction of bougie
